Ok, new belts below

Yay! Shining Belts! Look below and you'll see what you need for the various shining belts. Nothing too major of note, with the exception of the various gems, but those should be fairly easy to obtain :)***So, what do the belts do? Depending on the belt, you will have +50 hp or +50 mp and +1 to regen. I'll update more as it is released.***
