From approximately 12:00 AM to 3:30 AM CST on Tuesday, December 7th we experienced network issues that affected connectivity to the US Lineage I servers. Our Network Team has isolated the cause of these issues and continues to work with our vendor to prevent further disruptions to our service. Our Support Team is currently working with game log data to determine those customers that died in-game as a result of these service interruptions and will be restoring lost experience, items, and/or pets as warranted.Restorations for these service issues will be performed and are tentatively scheduled to take place during the scheduled server maintenance period on Wednesday, December 15th.Please contact our Support Team if you are continuing to experience any connectivity or latency issues with the US Lineage I service. All reports should be entered via our Support Tool using the “Ask a Question” tab, and should include all relevant connectivity data. We appreciate your patience in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience resulting from these issues.

Looks as if our exp will be restored - but a week too late damn it. grrrrrr...at least they're gonna give back. Sigh.............
