As a reminder...

As a reminder, if you died 2 nights ago in that mass dc (like me -.-) be sure to email NC support and harrass them to make SURE you get your exp back....because if you don't, then it's a gamble whether or not they'll restore your exp. Again, here's what Kyzah wrote on the boards:

Connectivity Issue 7/7 Reply




From approximately 8:45 PM to 9:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, July 7th we experienced a network issue that affected connectivity to the US Lineage I servers. Our Network Team has isolated the cause of this issue and continues to work with our vendor to prevent further disruptions to our service. Our Support Team is currently working with game log data to determine those customers that died as a result of this service interruption and will be restoring lost experience, items, and/or pets as warranted.

Restorations for this service issue will be performed and are tentatively scheduled to take place during the scheduled server maintenance period on Wednesday, July 14th.

Please contact our Support Team if you are continuing to experience any connectivity or latency issues with the Lineage I service. All reports should be entered via our Support Tool using the 밃sk a Question?tab, and should include all relevant connectivity data. We appreciate your patience in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience resulting from this issue.


I'm emailing NC as we speak to make sure to get confirmation that I will be getting my exp back.
