Sony Online Entertainment is Gonna Legalize it!!!
Well well well. Look what I found. I'm sure some of you already know this and I figured it was going to happen sooner or later - I ran across an article from a magazine I was reading at work and looked it up online and it appears legit; Station Exchange. This is Sony's version of answering the call about item exchange and character exchange - or selling of all the aforementioned. They're gonna make it legal. The polar opposite of what NC just did with Lin II and the nProtect program they put in. The site is going to launch in late June, which is right around the corner. So if you play games like Everquest and so forth, you will be able to buy and exchange items and characters for real life money. I guess you can say that Sony, instead of fighting the system, believes in going with it - and also believes, "Hey, why not make a buck outta it while we're at it." Ahhhh capitalism at it's best, methinks. The link to the article is below:
