Ok, here's the REAL reason why I'm hyper-posting so much today - #1 I have a little more time and #2 I'm increasing my weights tonight so I'm trying to get psyched out a little bit - it's starting to get really heavy. I don't power lift cuz I don't want to be one of the uber muscle bound guys - can't stand that shit - it's nasty - but I'm trying hard to get back to my single arm curl max, which is pretty damn tough - I peaked at 90 pounds on concentration curls on one arm. That was awhile ago and I'm absolutely determined to do that again. If I'm smart, and I know I am, I'll pace myself and I MIGHT be able to hit it in 2 months. Or not. Before, I was totally into getting bulk, so I would do 4 sets of 4. My arms were getting bigger, but I wasn't getting cut. So I cut back and increased the reps which is why it's taking me longer to build up. I'll keep you updated.
